All our tours offer a variety of dining experiences to blend with the days activities and maximise your local insight. Typical settings might include:

Each tour is fully catered by prior arrangements with select local suppliers and from our own home baked supplies carried and refrigerated on board.

Tour meals include:

Pre-tour Meet ‘n Greet and briefing function where applicable
Continental and fully cooked breakfasts
Home baked morning and afternoon teas.
Minimum 2 course dinner with choices or a la carte menu, occasional smorgasboard or Aussie bush BBQ
Wine with dinner, if you wish
Spontaneous travel treats and refreshments during the day.
Picnic box lunches on walking excursions.
Fresh fruit and mineral water.
We vary dining settings to enjoy spirited remote hospitality and a spontaneous interaction with local people.

Traditionally our guests find they have been more than adequately catered for with hearty, healhy meals during the tour, they often finish their holiday by selecting single course dinners, despite our offerings.
