Availability and Departure Policy
In line with best industry practice Nature-Bound Australia works energetically toward ensuring all its proposed tours are conducted. We also appreciate the desire of international guests to make long term commitments with airline bookings and holiday plans.
Scheduled Tours
All our scheduled departures and prices on extended tours are subject to minimum booking numbers of 8 being achieved. The advertised base prices reflects this intent.
In the unforeseen event minimum numbers are not reached, the tour may still proceed with an additional surcharge payment to be offered to and agreed by the participating guests.
Should we exercise our discretion to cancel a tour, all payments by guests will be refunded in full. Further, we will consider offering our guests an alternative Nature-Bound tour or suggestions for
other tour arrangements where possible.
Short Tours
Short tours are available on demand with departures subject to agreed arrangement, availability of tour guides and accommodation vacancies at the time of enquiry. Accordingly, agreed departures will be firm.
Special Interest and Tailored Tours
Special interest and tailored tour departures are subject to arrangement in response to the client brief. Departures may be subject to conditions under the agreed arrangement with the intent, to be firm.
All reservations are subject to guests reading and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions advertised.
